Only the simplest of teaching methods are used here so as to make sure that yoga doesn’t get restricted to “skinny girls” only. The classes conducted here are not about performing complicated postures or attempting to do the impossible. It focuses mainly in learning and sharing peace and happiness. Yoga is much more than what one sees, hears, feels and thinks. YogaKee believes yoga to be all about mind flexibility and not about body flexibility. The place welcomes everyone to be a part of the classes and be themselves, be a part of YogaKee’s family and share happiness all around.
