This self- taught chef has prepared and organized fine dining parties and cocktail events for renowned diplomats and guests first in Bangkok before moving to Kula Lumpur. More of a cooking studio, this place got opened back in 2010 and as predicted, it has turned out to be amongst the most famous caterer in Kuala Lumpur. Main attractions include Revised Beef Tartar, Seared Hokkaido Scallop, Nicoise Salad, Pan- Fried Duck, Sauteed Mushrooms, Italian Parsley Veloute, Apple Juice and Duck Jus emulsion, Oyster and Crab Ravioli, Parmesan Cheese Emulsion, mussel cromesquis, Truffle Cannelloni, Slowly Cooked Chicken, Basil and Citrus vinaigrette, etc.
