Hard Rock Cafe is located on the ground floor of Concorde Hotel at Jalan Sultan Ismail. It is one of the cafes in Hard Rock chain of cafes. It is the place to relive the US in Malaysia. Classic rocking music and varieties of drinks are available at the venue for party lover. However, in comparison to other Hard Rock cafes in various countries, the one in Kuala Lumpur lags behind. The environment and atmosphere are the same but the service is surprisingly slow. The security does not seem to be adequate either and it could mean trouble someday on weekend.
