The mall houses more than 400 stores with major tenants being Parkson Grand, Isetan, Marks & Spencer, Tanjong Golden Village, Signature’s Food Court, and Cold Storage supermarket. The group specializes in asset management development and functioning of shopping malls within Malaysia. As with other big shopping malls, the Suria KLCC Mall has a number of entrances. One of the entrances boasts the brands it sells while another spreads over a large area and made of glass.
The interior of the mall covers a huge space with retail area of more than 140,000 meter square. It has 6 floors that are connected by elevators. Each floor is spacious and forms a circle around the vast space at the ground floor.

The food center located at the 4th floor is simple and cozy. It covers a large area of 16,000 sqft.
The most exciting part about the shopping mall is its exquisite dancing fountain show. The show is displayed outside the mall exclusively at around 8pm where light and sound accompany as the myriad hued fountains dance rhythmically to the beats.
