Muzium Telekom is a heritage structure in Jalan Raja Chulan. The building boasts of imperial architecture but was to be demolished for the construction of 26-storey building for Jabatan Telekom Malaysia in 1984. But the intervention of the then Prime Minister Dr. Mahathir Mohamad rather led to its renovation by the same company. It is small museum but has everything than can be expected and wished to be seen in a telecommunication museum. National Royal Police, National Archive Department, Sarawak State Museum, National Film, National Library Department and other government and non-government organisations contributed to make Muzium Telekom Gallery have sufficient antiques for exhibition.
