This day tour service is not that popular amongst customers with many of them going on record to say that it is the worst possible thing that one can ever come across in Kuala Lumpur. Many say that they didn’t meet the ‘Nash’ guy in person during their entire trip and to top that all, the service wasn’t great either. They have a “reputation” of not coming to the hotel in time in spite of making repeated phone calls. This guy is also known for not replying to messages after receiving payments. Thus, it is highly recommended that one must stay away from this tour operator.
